With nearly 30 years in residential real estate, Dustin Wells brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to his role as President of Dominion Financial Wholesale. He oversees all aspects of the organization, leveraging his leadership background in building and scaling mortgage companies, from multi-billion-dollar firms to start-ups. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Dustin is passionate about innovation and technology in the mortgage space. Outside of work, he enjoys boating with his family, staying active with weight training, and playing the occasional round of golf.

Ryan Zonana
VP Secondary

With over 15 years in mortgage lending, Ryan Zonana specializes in capital markets strategy, risk management, and investor relations. As VP of Secondary, he focuses on optimizing execution, enhancing operational efficiencies, and developing scalable secondary market solutions. His expertise in mortgage operations, loan pricing, and technology integration has driven the growth of Dominion Financial Wholesale’s lending platform. Ryan’s deep industry relationships and forward-thinking approach make him an integral part of the company’s long-term success.

Will Fisher
Director of Wholesale Sales

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in mortgage lending, William Fisher brings a proven track record of driving growth, scaling operations, and launching successful non-QM and Jumbo loan programs. As Director of Wholesale Sales at Dominion Financial Wholesale, he is responsible for expanding the company’s national footprint in the non-QM lending market. Before joining Dominion, William led one of the industry’s most successful launches of a non-QM TPO business unit and has held multiple strategic leadership roles across wholesale and correspondent lending. His expertise in building high-performing sales teams and delivering innovative lending solutions makes him a key driver of Dominion’s continued growth.

As Corporate Trainer, she is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training content, streamlining onboarding, and leading impactful learning sessions that enhance the experience of doing business with Dominion Financial Wholesale.
