Investor Premier Cross-Collateral is a DSCR loan product designed for investors looking to purchase or refinance multiple 1-4 unit rental properties under a single loan. Qualification is based on property rental income, with flexible terms to support diverse investment strategies.

  • Loan Amounts: $400,000 - $3,000,000
  • Blanket Loans: 3-25 properties allowed
  • 1-4 units & condos only (no mixed-use/rural)
  • Min. DSCR: 1.00 (amortizing) or ≥1.20 (interest-only)
  • Credit Score: 660 (max LTV 65%), 700 (max LTV 70%)
  • Fixed and Adjustable Rate Terms Available
  • Investment Properties Only (No owner-occupied)
  • Cash-Out: Allowed, can meet reserve needs
  • Prepayment: Declining options up to 5 years
  • Reserves: 2-12 months PITIA (based on loan size)
