Loan Amounts: $400,000 - $3,000,000
Blanket Loans: 3-25 properties allowed
1-4 units & condos only (no mixed-use/rural)
Min. DSCR: 1.00 (amortizing) or ≥1.20 (interest-only)
Credit Score: 660 (max LTV 65%), 700 (max LTV 70%)
Fixed and Adjustable Rate Terms Available
Investment Properties Only (No owner-occupied)
Cash-Out: Allowed, can meet reserve needs
Prepayment: Declining options up to 5 years
Reserves: 2-12 months PITIA (based on loan size)
