– Experienced Investors: Must have owned and managed commercial or non-owner-occupied properties for a least 1-2 years within the past 3 years, depending on the specific loan product.​​

– First Time Investors: Have not previously owned property intended for rental income, resale, or other investment purposes. Eligibility is subject to product-specific restrictions.

– First Time Homebuyers: Not for DSCR products. However, they may qualify for Non-QM/Alt Doc products, subject to certain restrictions.
